Confrig is operated by Illuminary Peak. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and guidance from the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

Illuminary Peak acts as the personal information controller for Confrig. For privacy concerns, contact us at illuminarypeak@gmail.com or via illuminarypeak.com.

Account data: name, email, password (hashed) if you create an email account, and optional profile image. If you continue with Google, we receive your Google name, email, and photo.

Workspace data: chat messages, attachments, notes and designs you create, model choices, and usage counts (tokens, image uploads).

Technical data: logs such as sign-in times, security events, request metadata, and error records needed to operate and protect the application.

Billing data: plan details, billing intervals, transaction and receipt references, payment status, and account email. Payment services process QR Ph charges. Confrig does not store bank credentials or complete payment account details.

We process personal data to create and secure accounts, provide application and AI features through authenticated API integrations, enforce plan limits, verify payments, issue receipts, respond to support requests, and improve reliability.

Service providers may process data for AI features, secure payments, email delivery, storage, monitoring, and application hosting. We limit shared data to what is reasonably needed for those services.

We do not sell personal data. Disclosure may occur if required by law.

Account and workspace data are retained while your account is active or as reasonably needed for service, security, legal, and dispute purposes. Transaction and receipt records may be retained for accounting and compliance. You may delete chats from your workspace.

We use safeguards such as encrypted network connections, access controls, server-side secret handling, input validation, security headers, signed payment notifications, logging, and dependency review. No internet service can promise absolute security. We assess incidents and provide notices when required by law.

You may request access, correction, deletion, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Contact illuminarypeak@gmail.com or file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

We may update this notice. Material changes will appear in Settings and may require renewed acceptance.
